An atomizing composition for reducing airborne particulates is disclosed. In one embodiment, the composition comprises an effective amount of a zwitterionic polymer, a compressed gas propellant, and an aqueous carrier. In some embodiments, the composition may be contained in a spray dispenser such as PET, and when the composition is sprayed from the dispenser, it comprises an average particle size of from about 20 [mu] m to about 60 [mu] m. In some embodiments, the composition comprises a perfume mixture, a surfactant.
