PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the falling of particulate matters located on the lower surface of the terminal portion of a blade of an auger.SOLUTION: A particulate matter discharge control device 1230 comprises: a guide cylinder 1204 directed in a vertical direction for guiding particulate matters; an auger 1205, which comprises a hollow rotary shaft and a spiral blade 1207A, for feeding and conveying the particulate matters by rotating inside the guide cylinder; and a particulate matter stopper 1220 which is formed in a cylindrical shape and provided at the lower end part of the hollow rotary shaft while communicating with a through hole 1215 of the hollow rotary shaft, allows the passage of gas, and prevents the particulate matters from entering inside the cylinder. The device sucks the gas inside the particulate matter stopper through a hollow hole of the hollow rotary shaft, sucks gas of the particulate matters inside the guide cylinder, stops the rotation of the auger, and stops the discharge of the p
