Die Erfindung betrifft Mischvorrichtung zum Mischen eines Mischguts, insbesondere eines medizinischen Zements, umfassend zumindest eine Kartusche und einen Verschluss, wobei die zumindest eine Kartusche eine erste Komponente des Mischguts beinhaltet und einen Kartuschenkopf umfasst, in dem wenigstens eine Belüftungsöffnung angeordnet ist und der Verschluss derart am Kartuschenkopf angeordnet ist, dass die wenigstens eine Belüftungsöffnung im Kartuschenkopf durch den Verschluss verschließbar und zu öffnen ist, wobei der Verschluss drehbar oder verschiebbar relativ zu dem Kartuschenkopf gelagert ist und sich eine Verbindung durch den Kartuschenkopf oder eine Kartuschenwand in das Innere der Kartusche erstreckt, die das Innere der Kartusche mit einem Behälter für eine zweite Komponente des Mischguts verbindet.
