The present invention relates to a method for preparing an emulsifiable solid agrochemical composition which contains an inorganic salt and which can be used as an agrochemical emulsion. The preparation method according to the present invention has the advantage that, because there is no need for a step of heating and evaporating a solvent or water, it is possible to use a surfactant or active ingredient that has a low boiling point or breaks down drastically at a high temperature, and, due to the solid-phase form, it is possible to minimize the amount that sticks to a container as there is no need to use a special synthetic resin or glass bottle that entails high packaging costs. Also, a granular emulsifier (EG) or a powdery emulsifier (EP) produced by means of the method according to the present invention can be further diluted in water before use so as to form common emulsion (EC) emulsified particles (0.1 µm to 100 µm) to transparent microemulsion particles (0.001 µm to 1 µm or 1 nm to 1000 nm), and thus the emulsion size can be freely modified so as to maximise the activity of the agrochemical component in accordance with the characteristics of a crop or an insect pest.본 발명은 농약 유제로 사용될 수 있는 무기염을 포함하는 유화가능한 고상 농약 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 제조방법은 용매나 물을 가열하여 증발시키는 단계가 필요 없기 때문에 끓는점이 낮거나 고온에서 분해가 심한 활성성분 또는 계면활성제를 사용할 수 있고, 고상 형태이므로 포장단가가 높은 유리병과 특수합성수지용기를 사용하지 않아도 되며 용기에 묻는 양을 최소화할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 방법에 의해 제조된 입상유화제(EG)나 분말상유화제(EP)의 경우 물에 다시 희석하여 사용할 경우 일반 유제(EC)의 유화입자(0.1 μm 내지 100 μm)에서부터 마이크로에멀젼 정도의 투명한 유화입자(0.001 μm 내지 1 μm, 혹은 1 nm 내지 1000 nm)를 형성할 수 있으므로, 작물 또는 병해충의 특성에 따라 농약성분의 활성이 최대화되도록 에멀젼의 크기를 자유롭게 변형시킬 수 있다.
