PURPOSE: A silver walker with a handle is provided to prevent the silver walker from being folded or opened reverse and to adjust the height of a handle in one-touch manner. CONSTITUTION: A silver walker with a handle comprises a latch gear unit(100) and a bar adjusting unit. The latch gear unit drives a main frame for forming the skeleton of the walker and a sub-frame. The bar adjusting unit comprises a handle which is combined with the end thereof.
