The present invention provides a multi-channel physiological signal measure system, which includes a signal input module, a pre-processing module, and a digital processing module. The signal input module is used to receive a plurality set of physiological signal. The pre-processing module includes a plurality of pre-amplified units, wherein each pre-amplified unit is used to amplify the corresponding received physiological signal and output an amplified physiological signal accordingly. The digital processing module receives at least one set of the amplified physiological signal using a time division multiplex and multiplexer (TDM) method. The digital processing module converts the received amplified physiological signal and output the digital physiological signal accordingly.
