The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a wound coating material comprising H 2 O 2 -containing PLGA microspheres in a hydrogel sponge, and to a wound coating material produced therefrom. Wound dressing of the present invention is incorporated with H 2 O 2 in the PLGA microspheres which incorporated a H 2 O 2 using a solvent evaporation method and include them in the alginate-based hydrogel sponge. Accordingly, H 2 O 2 is released at an appropriate rate, and oxygen is supplied to the wound to help tissue regeneration.본 발명은 하이드로겔 스폰지 내 H2O2-함입 PLGA 마이크로구체를 포함하는 창상피복재의 제조방법 및 이를 통해 제조되는 창상피복재에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 창상피복재는 용매증발법을 이용하여 H2O2를 함입하는 PLGA 마이크로구체 내에 H2O2를 함입하고 이를 알긴산 기반의 하이드로겔 스폰지 내에 포함한다. 이에 따라 H2O2가 적절한 속도로 방출되고, 창상에 산소가 공급되어 조직의 재생을 돕는다.
