Composition comprises, in a medium containing water: (a) ascorbic acid； (b) a chelant having phosphonic acid group, or its salt； (c) metabisulfite； and (d) a peroxide decomposer compound comprising ferment of thermus thermophilus, ethylbisiminomethylguaicol manganese chloride, and a mixture of superoxide dismutase and glutathione.
