A fluid collection device includes a upper edge portion having a first end of a collection container having an outer surface where the upper edge portion defines an open top end. At least one adhesive surface may be attached to the outer surface of the collection container. A vacuum hose coupled to an outlet port extends from a second end of the collection container. A vacuum source applies a vacuum to the collection container through the vacuum hose.
