[Problem] To provide a water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic which is free from stickiness or oiliness, has a lucent or transparent and refreshing appearance and can exhibit a moisturizing effect.[Solution] A water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic comprising (a) a solid moisturizing agent, (b) a polyether-denatured silicone, and (c) a silicone oil having a refractive index at 25oC of 1.380-1.420, wherein the content of the moisturizing agent is 22 mass% or more relative to the total cosmetic.Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un produit cosmétique en émulsion de type eau-dans-l'huile qui ne présente ni caractère collant ni caractère huileux, a un aspect translucide ou transparent et rafraîchissant et peut présenter un effet hydratant.
