Food that should provide the following pharmacokinetic parameters is selected: less than 3.7-fold increase in Cmax and 2.1-fold increase in PPC of naltrexone introduced after administration of a single dose of the said pharmaceutical composition as compared to Cmax and PPC when the said composition is administered without food.
