The manipulator (1) includes a main unit (2), an elongated portion (3) that extends from the main unit (2), a distal end (4) that is connected to the elongated portion (3), a wire (5) for transmission of power for putting the distal end (4) into actuation, a drive unit (6) for generation of power to the wire (5), a rotary unit (7) which is located in the main unit (2), around which the wire (5) is wound and which is rotated by the drive unit (6), and an elastic unit (8) for connecting the wire (5) to the rotary unit (7).
