PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calcined molded article attached with bittern and the like made from a substance accepted as a food additive mainly by a food sanitation act, and heightened with a capacity of adsorbing formaldehyde and a performance of suppressing mold generation.SOLUTION: A calcined molded article attached with bittern or the non-calcined molded article (to be a calcined molded article) contains a calcined molded article and only bittern. The surface of the calcined molded article is covered with the bittern (crystals of the bittern), and/or the inside (pores and peripheral faces of the pores) is attached with the crystals of the bittern. Characteristics of diatomaceous earth can be changed by controlling a concentration of the bittern covering the calcined molded article and/or attached to the pores of the diatomaceous earth thereby effectuating deodorization, or absorption and removal of toxic substances.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】主に食品衛生法で食品添加物として認められている物質で作製されており、ホルムアルデヒドの吸着能力や、カビの発生を抑制する能力が高められた、苦汁の結晶が付着した焼成成形品等を提供する。【解決手段】苦汁が付着した焼成成形品、未焼成成形品(焼成成形品とする)は、焼成成形品と苦汁のみを含んでいる。焼成成形品は、その表面を苦汁(苦汁の結晶)で被覆、及び/又は、その内部(孔と、孔周面)に苦汁の結晶が付着する。焼成成形品に被覆、及び/又は、珪藻土の孔等に付着する苦汁の濃度をコントロールすることで、珪藻土の特性を変えることができ、消臭又は有害物質の吸着と除去に有効である。【選択図】図4
