PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleansing composition, which is capable of efficiently removing a biofilm, preserving its antiseptic ability for a long time.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a skin cleansing composition that comprises: (A) (A1) an amino acid-based anionic surfactant having an acyl group with a carbon number of 8 or more and 22 or less, (A2) an unsaturated fatty acid having an acyl group having a carbon number of 8 or more and 22 or less, or a salt thereof, and (A3) one or more surfactants selected from the group consisting of a saturated sum fatty acid having an acyl group having a carbon number of 8 or more and 22 or less, or a salt thereof (B) an aliphatic glycol having 4-6 carbon atoms and (C) a preservative. In the composition, at least one of the surfactant selected from (A1) and (2) is contained in a total content of 1 mass% or more. A mass ratio of the content of (A) to the content (b) [the content of (B)/the content of (A)] is 0.7 more.
