The present invention provides a method for converting glycosides of a mistletoe extract, viscumneoside III and homoflavoyadorinin B, into aglycones, homoeriodictyol and velutin by microwave irradiation in the presence of acetic acid. The method of converting the glycosides of the mistletoe extract into aglycones of the present invention may be usefully used as a cosmetic composition for whitening in the field of cosmetic production due to the improved whitening effect of the aglycones obtained therefrom.본 발명은 겨우살이 추출물의 배당체인 비스큠네오시드 III 및 호모플라보야도리닌 B를 아세트산 존재 하에서 마이크로웨이브 조사하여 비배당체인 호모에리오딕티올 및 벨루틴으로 전환하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 겨우살이 추출물의 배당체를 비배당체로 전환하는 방법은, 이로부터 얻어진 비배당체의 향상된 미백효과로 인하여 화장품 제조 분야에서 미백용 화장료 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
