PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of organic radical species to be easily produced a contrast medium with low toxicity and a prolonged contrast effect prepared by a dynamic nuclear-spin-polarization method and a production method thereof.
SOLUTION: The contrast medium is prepared by a dynamic nuclear-spin-polarization using organic radicals generated by UV-irradiation of an ultra-low temperature organic solvent in which photodissociation molecules are mixed. The contrast medium includes high nuclear-magnetic-resonance signal sensitivity, and is effectively used for a device using a nuclear-magnetic-resonance phenomenon.
