To solve the problem that noise is increased when adding a plurality of reception signals from a plurality of memory cell columns that operate in parallel.SOLUTION: An electronic circuit in an ultrasonic probe includes a plurality of sub beamformers and a control part. Each sub beamformer includes M delay circuits and an addition circuit. Each delay circuit includes a memory cell column consisting of N memory cells.
