A safety medical needling instrument includes a base seat, a switch, a needle seat, an elastic piece and syringe needle. The base seat is provided with a penetration hole. The switch is rotatably arranged on the top surface of the base seat. The needle seat is moveably arranged on the switch. The syringe needle is arranged on the needle base and inserted in the penetration hole. When the switch is at a first position, the needle base is close to the top surface of the base seat, and the elastic piece grasps the syringe needle. When the switch is at a second position, the first terminal part of the switch is inserted in between the bottom part of the needle seat and the top surface of the base seat for pushing the needle seat to move away from the base seat, while the needle seat drives the syringe needle to move. Then, the needle seat moves toward the second terminal part of the switch along a sliding slot of the switch through a sliding block, so that the needle seat moves away from the base seat, and the syringe needle moves off the penetration hole of the base seat and departs from the elastic piece for being disposed above the top surface of the base seat.
