The invention relates to a cosmetic method for making-up and/or caring for keratin materials, whereby a cosmetic composition is applied to the keratin materials, in particular the skin and lips, preferably the skin, said cosmetic composition comprising siloxane resins and a powder dye that has been surface treated with a hydrophobic agent.
