Device for biological fluid sorption treatment comprises body with holes for sorbent loading and unloading and biological fluid inlet and outlet. Sorbent used is a modified sorbent which is a sorption element of different specific weight different from the weight of the treated biological fluid. Said elements comprise a ferromagnetic material. Orifices for input and output of biological fluid are equipped with branch pipes for connection of lines for biological fluid under pressure with formation of suspended layer of sorbent in housing, and housing has one conical and other flat ends.
