The invention relates to sugar beet transgenic plant, which genome comprises the first and the second heterological genic constructions, where the first heterological genic construction contains the coding region of heterological or endogenous gene FLC, wherein expression of the mentioned first heterological genic construction leads to overexpression of FLC gene product, and the second heterological genic construction contains heterological DNA, comprising inverted repeat, where the mentioned heterological DNA codes the first nucleotide sequence and the second nucleotide sequence RNA, wherein the mentioned first nucleotide sequence RNA contains sequence fragment having the length of at least 21 nucleotide, which is at least by 90% is similar to RNA strand of endogenous gene AGL20 of the mentioned cells or plants of sugar beet, and is hybridized or annealed from RNA, produced by AGL20 gene under conditions existing in cytoplasm of the mentioned cell of sugar beet, where the double strand RNA, formed by the mentioned first nucleotide sequence RNA and the mentioned second nucleotide sequence RNA, takes part in RNA-interference of expression of the mentioned endogenous gene AGL20, inhibiting expression of the mentioned endogenous gene AGL20, wherein the mentioned transgenic plant of sugar beet demonstrates synergetic delay of vernalization reaction, as a result of mutual expression of the mentioned first and second heterological genic constructions.
