PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic exhibiting high ultraviolet ray protection effect (SPF) even with a limit mixing amount, in an oily cosmetic containing an ultraviolet ray absorber, in particular, the cosmetic intended to be applied to a lip or around the mucous membrane of eyes.SOLUTION: An oily cosmetic includes (A) 2-ethylhexyl paramethoxycinnamate, (B) a benzophenone derivative, (C) an oil component, and (D) a viscosity-modifying component, wherein a viscosity at 30°C is 10,000 mPa s or more. The viscosity-modifying component (D) is preferably selected from a lipophilic thickener and wax.
