PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonate spring production machine which can effectively produce a carbonate spring in a simple structure and is easy in maintenance.SOLUTION: The carbonate spring production machine comprises a head body part 71 comprising a front plate 74, a back plate 75 and a peripheral surface plate 73 and having a stirring part 76 inside. The stirring part 76 incorporates stirring means 100. One or both of the front plate 74 and the peripheral surface plate 73 are formed with lots of discharge holes 72. A connection part 78 is provided on the back plate 75 of the head body part 71. The connection part 78 is connected with a hose 1 supplying hot water or water mixed with carbon dioxide.
