A method and a device for matching three-dimensional data are disclosed. The three-dimensional data matching method comprises: two-dimensionally converting first three-dimensional data indicating a surface of a three-dimensional model of a target, so as to generate first two-dimensional data； two-dimensionally converting second three-dimensional data indicating at least a part of the three-dimensional surface of the target, so as to generate second two-dimensional data； matching the second two-dimensional data with the first two-dimensional data so as to respectively determine a first matching region in the first two-dimensional data and a second matching region in the second two-dimensional data； setting, as initial positions, a plurality of points of the first three-dimensional data corresponding to the first matching region and a plurality of points of the second three-dimensional data corresponding to the second matching region； and matching the first three-dimensional data and the second three-dimensional data by using the initial positions.L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant d'apparier des données tridimensionnelles.
