The present invention relates to a disposable hot pack in which a heat generating material which is heated to contact with air containing metal powder and an oxidizing agent is filled in the inside thereof.The disposable hot pack according to the present invention is formed in a bar shape so as to enclose the hand and the wrist so that the user can easily wear the disposable hot pack by warming the users hand or wrist.본 고안은 금속분말과 산화제를 포함하는 공기와 접촉시 발열을 하도록 이루어진 발열재가 내부에 충진되어 있는 일회용 핫팩에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명인 일회용 핫팩은, 바(bar) 형태로 형성되어 손, 손목 등을 감싸도록 이루어짐으로써 손등을 보온하거나, 손목에 착용할 수 있도록 하여 그 사용이 편리할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
