PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reel stand which can be easily extended/contracted with a simple structure, without the possibility of missing a stationary member.SOLUTION: A reel stand 10 which is telescopically adjustable between a first state having a first length capable of supporting a spinning reel and a second state having a second length shorter than the first length, includes: a rod-like first member 11 having a storage space 17 formed inside, and having a first engaging part 14； and a rod-like second member 21 having a second engaging part 24 at least a part of which is stored in the storage space 17, and engaged with the first engaging part 14, in the second state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
