PURPOSE: A spinal implant is provided to fix spine without the removal of paraspinal ligament since a first and a second prosthesis are bonded each other avoiding the ligament adjacent to spinous process between the neighboring spinous processes. CONSTITUTION: A spinal implant comprises a first prosthesis (10) and a second prosthesis (30). The first prosthesis comprises a first main body (12) and a first connecting part (20). The first main body is arranged between spinous processes which are adjacent above and below. The first connecting part protrudes from the exterior top and bottom of the first main body in a direction of the one end of the spinous process. The second prosthesis comprises a second main body (32) and a second connection part (40). The second main body is combined with the first main body. The second connecting part protrudes from the exterior top and bottom of the second main body in a direction of the other end of the spinous process.본 발명은 인대 손상 없이 척추 부위를 고정할 수 있도록 하는 척추 고정용 임플란트에 관한 것으로, 척추의 서로 인접한 극돌기 사이에 제 1 보형부재와 제 2 보형부재가 극돌기 주변의 인대를 피해 상호 끼움 결합 되도록 하여, 척추 주변의 인대를 제거하지 않고 척추를 고정할 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.
