PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a height adjustment mechanism of handcart handle in which the handle does not drop due to unintended operation of a control lever, and a member does not project excessively toward outside to be an obstacle, and high robustness can be secured.SOLUTION: A cover body rotation shaft 30 is disposed on a control lever 14 capable of rotating between a pipe fix position L and a pipe movable position U, and a cover body 18 rotating around a shaft, with the cover body rotation shaft 30 serving as the shaft, is attached thereto.
