PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-row rice transplanter which is small-sized and inexpensive.SOLUTION: A planting unit 12 plants a seedling on the ground. A planting frame 6 supports the planting unit 12. An axle case 7 is arranged while fixed so as not to move relatively to the planting frame 6. Axles 14 protrude right and left of the axle case 7. Right and left wheels are fixed to the axles 14 respectively. A handle 5 is arranged while fixed to the axle case 7. A seedling mount 3 includes a mount face 3a on which a seedling to be planted by the planting unit 12 can be mounted. A one-row rice transplanter 1 includes only the one-row planting unit 12. A planting position of the one-row planting unit 12 is located between right and left wheels 4 in a right/left direction.
