PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the diagnosis of unnecessary regions, and shorten the time for diagnosis by providing the information of a region for which a diagnosis/medical treatment is required to a doctor, in a dynamic image.SOLUTION: According to the diagnosis assisting information forming system, the control section 81 of a console 8 for diagnosis correlates pixels indicating signal values which are outputted by detecting elements at the same position in FPD to each other between a plurality of frame images regarding the plurality of the frame images which have been acquired by a dynamic imaging.
