The present invention relates to a walking rehabilitation apparatus for a severely disabled person having a safety device, comprising: a frame having a rear surface formed with a ramp for allowing a wheelchair to enter and having an upper part and a lower part spaced apart from each other； a body moving part coupled to both sides of the lower part of the frame and configured to move along a predetermined path so that a patient can walk while stepping on foot plates to perform rehabilitation training； a conveying unit coupled to the upper part of the frame and conveying a conveying plate forward or rearward of the frame； a support part coupled to a lower part of the conveying plate and having a handle to support the body with a hand when the patient is walking using the body moving part； and a safety protector coupled to the lower part of the conveying plate and surrounding the upper body of the patient so as to prevent the patient from falling over.본 발명은 안전장치가 구비된 중증 장애자용 보행 재활 장치에 관한 것으로서, 후면에는 휠체어가 진입할 수 있도록 경사로가 형성되고 상부와 하부가 서로 이격되어 있는 프레임과, 상기 프레임의 하부 양측에 결합되며 설정된 경로를 따라 이동하는 발판이 형성되어 있어 환자가 상기 발판을 밟아 보행하면서 재활 훈련을 할 수 있도록 하는 체간운동부와, 상기 프레임의 상부에 결합되며 상기 프레임의 전방 또는 후방으로 이송판을 이송시키는 이송부와, 상기 이송판 하부에 결합되며 환자가 상기 체간운동부를 이용하여 보행할 때 손으로 잡아 신체를 지지할 수 있도록 손잡이가 구비된 지지부와, 상기 이송판 하부에 결합되며 환자가 넘어지지 않도록 환자의 상체를 감싸는 안전보호구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
