An implantable microstimulator comprising (i) a housing comprising a passive stimulation circuit and a feedthrough, and (ii) a flexible extension connected to the housing and configured to conform to an anatomical target, wherein the flexible extension comprises an energy-receiving coil positioned within the flexible extension and at least one electrode, and wherein the at least one electrode is connected to the passive stimulation circuit via the feedthrough.
