The mouth piece 2 comprises a first covering part 11 capable of covering a tooth row, and a second covering part 12 capable of covering the gingiva and projecting from the first covering part, and the mouth piece 2 is inserted into an oral cavity of a user, so that the first covering part and the second covering part respectively cover the tooth row and gingiva.
