The present invention relates to lipid nanocapsules including a lipid core that is liquid or semi-liquid at ambient temperature and contains at least one antibiotic chosen from among daptomycin, vancomycin, rifampicin, and mixtures thereof, said core being coated by a lipid coating that is solid at ambient temperature, and to a pharmaceutical composition comprising such nanocapsules, for the use thereof for treating or preventing bacterial infections which affect joints, bones or which occur on implanted medical devices. The present invention further relates to the medical devices or to a pharmaceutical composition including such nanocapsules.La présente invention concerne des nanocapsules lipidiques comprenant un cœur lipidique liquide ou semi-liquide à température ambiante dans lequel est incorporé au moins un antibiotique choisi parmi la daptomycine, la vancomycine, la rifampicine, et leurs mélanges, le cœur étant enveloppé dune enveloppe lipidique solide à température ambiante, et une composition pharmaceutique comprenant de telles nanocapsules, pour leur utilisation pour traiter ou prévenir une infection bactérienne touchant une articulation, un os ou se développant au niveau dun dispositif médical implanté.
