A method for enhancing an aquilaria tree to exudate aquilaria resin is disclosed, comprising the steps of: drilling two holes on a main trunk of the aquilaria tree and inserting a guiding tube into each hole so that a first callus is completed when a callus inducing agent is implanted to the main trunk of the aquilaria tree via the guiding tube coupling an anode and a cathode of an electrical current conductive device to the guiding tubes respectively and transmitting the callus inducing agent to the aquilaria tree via the electrical current so that a second callus is completed and mixing a callus mixed microbial strain with the callus inducing agent, implanting the mixture of the callus mixed microbial strain and the callus inducing agent to the main trunk of the aquilaria tree, and transmitting the mixture of the callus mixed microbial strain and the callus inducing agent to the whole aquilaria tree via the electrical current conductive device so that a third callus is completed, after ten to fourteen days have passed.
