The present invention relates to the use of peptides as a therapeutic agent for wounds. Specifically, peptides of the present invention significantly reduce a wound size in an acute wound animal model, increase VEGF production which promotes neovascularization, essential at a wound healing stage, and does not exhibit toxicity to cells. Therefore, peptides of the present invention can be usefully used as an active component of a pharmaceutical composition or a skin external preparation for wound treatment or skin tissue regeneration.본 발명은 창상 치료제로서의 펩타이드의 용도에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 본 발명의 펩타이드는 급성 창상 동물 모델에서 상처 크기를 유의적으로 감소시키고, 상처치유 단계에서 필수적인 신생혈관 형성을 촉진하는 VEGF 생성을 증가시키며, 세포에 독성을 나타내지 않으므로, 본 발명의 펩타이드를 창상 치료용 또는 피부조직 재생용 약학적 조성물 또는 피부외용제의 유효성분으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
