PURPOSE: A near infrared ray-based heating apparatus with a hand and foot warming function and a hip-fumigation function is provided to irradiate near infrared ray to hands and feed while a user sits on a chair.CONSTITUTION: A near infrared ray-based heating apparatus includes a frame(20), a chair frame(30), and a near infrared ray irradiating unit(40). The frame includes a first plate(21), a supporting plate(22), a second plate(24), and an auxiliary plate(26). The first plate in the form of flat is arranged on the ground. The supporting plate is vertically combined with the front side of the first plate. The second plate is combined with the rear side of the supporting plate. The auxiliary plate is slanted combined from the upper side of the first plate to the supporting plate. A user sits on the chair frame.
