PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic endoscope which can carry out a complicated treatment efficiently and in safety with a reduction in burden on an operator by changing the direction of making a plurality of treatment instruments stick out simultaneously and at the same angle.
SOLUTION: The ultrasonic endoscope has an ultrasonic probe 22 for transmitting or receiving ultrasonic waves at the distal end part of a flexible tube 2 of the inserting part while channels 27 and 28 for inserting the plurality of treatment instruments are disposed inside the flexible tube of the inserting part. Tip side opening parts of the respective channels 27 and 28 serve as treatment instrument protrusion ports 25 and 26 for making the plurality of treatment instruments stick out as inserted into the respective channels 27 and 28 for the insertion of treatment instruments 11 and 12. Also provided is a treatment instrument erection means which operates to erect the treatment instruments 11 and 12 sticking out of the treatment instrument protrusion ports 25 and 26 simultaneously and at the same angle. The instrument erection means is provided with a treatment instrument erection piece 41 having a plurality of holes 411 and 412 for insertion into which the plurality of treatment instruments 11 and 12 is inserted.
