The present invention relates to a sterilizer capable of killing several sorts of bacteria and mites existing in a living place by simultaneously emitting high temperature far-infrared heat through direct irradiation and by using a scanning scheme without coming in contact with a sterilized object. More specifically, a case having an open side is formed, and a heating unit is formed not to come in contact with a sterilized object so as to emit far-infrared heat when electrical power is applied to the bottom of an insulation material installed in the case. The case has multiple wheels moving when sterilization is performed, and separating the bottom surface of the heating unit from a sterilized object. An operation unit for controlling supplied electrical power and controlling an operation is formed in one side of the case. Also, an electricity controller for sensing the temperature of the heating unit and blocking and applying electrical power is formed. Allergic diseases are prevented by killing several sorts of bacteria and dust mites and by destroying protease and guanine components of excrement.본 발명은 고온의 원적외선 열을 직접조사 방식으로 발산하는 동시에 살균대상물에 접촉되지 않은 스캐닝 방식을 이용하여 생활공간에 존재하는 각종 세균 및 진드기 등을 박멸할 수 있는 살균기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 일 측이 개방된 케이스를 형성하고, 상기 케이스의 내부에 설치되는 단열재의 하부로 전원이 인가되면 원적외선 열을 발산하도록 발열부를 살균대상물에 접촉되지 않게 형성하며, 상기 케이스에는 발열부의 하부면을 살균대상물에서 이격시키며 살균시 이동을 위한 바퀴를 다수 개로 형성하고,상기 케이스의 일 측에는 공급되는 전원제어 및 작동제어를 위한 조작부를 형성하며, 상기 발열부의 온도를 감지하며 전원을 차단 인가하는 전력제어기로 구성하여 각종 세균 및 집먼지진드기의 사멸과 배설물의 프로테아제 및 구아닌 성분을 파괴하여 알레르기성 질환을 예방하는 효과가 있다.
