PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deglutition movement monitoring sensor capable of non-invasively, objectively and highly sensitively measuring deglutition movement in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A deglutition movement monitoring sensor 1 for measuring deglutition movement of a subject includes: an optical fiber sheet 10 to be fitted to a laryngeal part of the subject； and a microphone 20 to be fitted to the inside of an ear of the subject. The optical fiber sheet 10 is configured to detect a change in a light quantity of transmission light on the basis of a loss generated by a lateral pressure applied from the laryngeal part to the optical fiber in reference to profile variation of the laryngeal part associated with the deglutition movement.
