PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide raising seedling apparatus of cedar seedlings and seedling raising methods of cedar seedlings which enable the increase of efficiency in cedar forest afforestation.SOLUTION: One end of a seedling raising container 2 in which a polyethylene sheet is formed into a cylindrical shape is attached to a plurality of storage holes provided in a tray, a simple cultivation solid soil 5 obtained by hardening coconut peat in a disk shape is stored in a seedling raising container mounted in each of a plurality of storage holes, and water is supplied to simple cultivation solid soil in a raising seedling apparatus for cedar seedlings seeded on the simple cultivation solid soil. By setting the species to be stored in the seedling raising container to be a cedar species without male flowers, cedar forest not generating cedar pollen causing pollinosis that needs for rapid measures can be developed efficiently in a short period of time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5【課題】杉林植林の効率向上を可能とする杉苗の育苗装置及び杉苗の育苗方法を提供する。【解決手段】ポリエチレン製シートを円筒状にした育苗容器２の一端をトレーに具えられた複数の収納孔に装着し、複数の収納孔の各々に装着された育苗容器内にココナッツピートをディスク状に固めてなる簡易栽培固形土５を収納し、簡易栽培固形土に播種した杉苗の育苗装置の、簡易栽培固形土に給水を行う。その育苗容器に収納される種は雄花のない杉の種とすることによって、迅速な対策が求められている花粉症の原因となる杉花粉が発生しない杉林を効率よく短期間で造成することができる。【選択図】図５
