The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for cancer treatment containing gossypol and phenformin as active ingredients. Specifically, the combinative treatment with gossypol and phenformin was verified to have a significantly higher anticancer activity than a single treatment with gossypol and phenformin alone. Therefore, the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention containing gossypol and phenformin having a synergetic anticancer activity can be favorably used for cancer treatment.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique pour le traitement du cancer, contenant du gossypol et de la phénformine en tant que principes actifs. Plus précisément, il a été vérifiée que la polythérapie à base de gossypol et de phénformine présentait une activité anticancéreuse nettement supérieure à celle d'un traitement unique à base de gossypol et de phénformine seuls. Par conséquent, la composition pharmaceutique de la présente invention contenant du gossypol et de la phenformine et présentant une activité anticancéreuse synergique peut être utilisée favorablement dans le traitement du cancer.본 발명은 고시폴(Gossypol) 및 펜포르민(phenformin)을 유효성분으로 함유하는 암 치료용 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 고시폴 및 펜포르민을 병용 처리시에 고시폴 및 펜포르민을 각각 단독 처리했을 때에 비해 현저하게 높은 항암 활성을 가지는 것을 확인하였으므로, 본 발명의 시너지적인 항암활성을 가지는 고시폴 및 펜포르민을 함유하는 약제학적 조성물은 암 치료에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
