PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antisense oligonucleotide against a microRNA or precursor thereof, as well as a method for treating and/or preventing fibrosis and/or fibrosis-related diseases using the antisense oligonucleotide.SOLUTION: Provided is an antisense modified oligonucleotide of 12-30 linked nucleosides having a nucleobase sequence complementary to a microRNA or precursor thereof, having one or more modified sugars, nucleobases, and/or internucleoside linkages.
