The present invention relates to an SIRT 1 activator and a medicinal use thereof. Prepared in the present invention is a novel SIRT 1 activator compound based on a benzo[d]furan or benzo[d]oxazole framework, a crystalline form thereof, a hydrate thereof, or a salt thereof, and the compound was found to have the effects of alleviating obesity, insulin resistance, and dyslipidemia； protecting against cellular senescence and oxidative stress and prolonging the life of yeasts； and promoting collagen synthesis and reducing wrinkles. Therefore, the novel SIRT 1 activator compound having the above effects can be used in a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating metabolic diseases including obesity, diabetes, dyslipidemia, etc., and liver diseases including alcoholic or non-alcoholic fatty liver, steatohepatitis, etc., in a cosmetic composition for preventing or reducing wrinkles, and in a health food composition for alleviating cellular senescence or prolonging the life of cells.
