SOLUTION: Approximately 40 mL of bone marrow liquid 10 is collected from a patient in an operation room 8, housed into a collection tube 11, and the tube is conveyed into an isolator 2 of an aseptic condition. Then, in the isolator 2, the bone marrow liquid 10 in the collection tube 11 is dispensed into a tube 13 for checking, a tube 14 for culture and the like. Erythrocyte sedimentation agent is added to the bone marrow liquid 10 in the tube 14, and supernatant is recovered after erythrocyte is precipitated. Then, concentrated liquid in which a bone marrow cell-containing fraction for liver regeneration is concentrated is created from recovered supernatant, and the concentrated liquid is dispensed into flasks 5 (container for culture). Next, the flasks 5 are conveyed into the incubator 4, and cell culture is started. Further, the tubes 13,16 for checking are taken outside from the isolator 1, and safety or the like is checked for the bone marrow liquid 10 in the tubes 13,16 and the concentrated liquid.EFFECT: Safety of bone marrow liquid 10 collected from a patient can be checked immediately after the start of culture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【解決手段】手術室８で患者から骨髄液１０を約４０ｍＬ採取して採取チューブ１１に収容し、それを無菌状態のアイソレータ２内に搬入する。その後、アイソレータ２内で採取チューブ１１内の骨髄液１０を検査用のチューブ１３と培養用のチューブ１４等に分注する。 チューブ１４内の骨髄液１０に赤血球沈降剤を加えて、赤血球を沈殿させた後に上清を回収する。その後、回収された上清から肝再生用骨髄細胞含有画分を濃縮した濃縮液を作成し、該濃縮液をフラスコ５（培養用容器）に分注する。次に、フラスコ５をインキュベータ４内に搬入して、細胞の培養を開始する。 また、アイソレータ１から検査用のチューブ１３、１６を外に取り出して、該チューブ１３、１６内の骨髄液１０、濃縮液に対して安全性等の検査を行う。【効果】患者から採取した骨髄液１０の安全性を培養開始直後に検査することができる。【選択図】図１
