Disclosed are a manufacturing method of functional salt using a Rhus javanica extract and salt manufactured thereby, which comprises: manufacturing salt water by putting recrystallized salt in a dissolving tank and being dissolved in water； absorbing and removing impurities of salt water by passing through an absorbing tank and then putting and heating the salt water in a crystallization tank in order to crystallize and remove a metal ingredient； putting the salt water, in which the metal ingredient is removed, in a second crystallization tank； mixing the salt water with a Rhus javanica extract and then dehydrating in order to extract salt. Accordingly, the method can have effects in reducing sodium which is harmful to the body but maintaining salinity, and in enhancing health due to a pharmaceutical ingredient contained in Rhus javanica by adding a Rhus javanica extract to recrystallized salt such as sun-dried salt or synthetic salt.붉나무 추출액을 이용한 기능성 소금의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 소금이 개시된다. 제재염을 용해조에 넣고 물을 넣어 용해시켜 소금물을 제조하고, 소금물을 흡착조에 통과시켜 불순물을 흡착 제거한 후 결정조에 넣고 가열하여 금속성분을 결정화시켜 제거하고, 금속 성분이 제거된 소금물을 2차 결정조에 넣고, 붉나무 추출액을 혼합한 후 탈수시켜 소금을 추출한다. 이에 따르면, 천일염이나 합성염과 같은 제재염에 붉나무 추출액을 함유시킴으로써 염도는 유지하되 인체에 유해한 나트륨을 감소시킬 수 있고, 붉나무에 함유된 약리성분에 의해 건강에 유익함을 줄 수 있는 효과가 있다.
