The present invention relates to a composition for an anti-RNA virus comprising a glutamyl-prolyl-tRNA synthetase (EPRS) protein or a fragment thereof, a composition for preventing or treating an RNA virus infection disease, and a method for preventing or treating an RNA virus infection disease using the composition. The composition comprising an EPRS protein or a fragment thereof of the present invention has an anti-RNA viral effect by binding to a PCBP2 protein and activating the MAVS signal transduction pathway, and thus has an excellent effect as a composition for preventing or treating RNA infectious diseases.La présente invention concerne une composition pour un anti-virus à ARN comprenant une protéine glutamyl-prolyl-ARNt synthétase (EPRS) ou un fragment de celle-ci, une composition pour prévenir ou traiter une maladie infectieuse à virus à ARN, et un procédé pour prévenir ou traiter une maladie infectieuse à virus à ARN à l'aide de la composition. La composition comprenant une protéine EPRS ou un fragment de celle-ci de la présente invention présente un effet anti-virus à ARN par liaison à une protéine PCBP2 et activation de la voie de transduction de signal MAVS, et présente donc un excellent effet en tant que composition pour la prévention ou le traitement de maladies infectieuses à virus à ARN.본 발명은 EPRS (glutamyl-prolyl-tRNA synthetase) 단백질 또는 이의 단편을 포함하는 항RNA 바이러스용 조성물, RNA 바이러스 감염 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물, 및 상기 조성물을 이용한 RNA 바이러스 감염 질환의 예방 또는 치료 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 EPRS 단백질 또는 이의 단편을 포함하는 조성물은 PCBP2 단백질에 결합하여 MAVS 신호전달 경로를 활성화시킴으로써 항RNA 바이러스 효과를 가지므로, RNA 감염 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물로 우수한 효과가 있다.
