The collecting tank (30, 40) for holding a liquid for a predetermined period of time, comprising: an inlet (11, 11a, 11b) for receiving the liquid outlet (12, 12a, 12b) for fluid exiting the holding tank (30, 40) iraspredelitelnoe device (15) for uniformly dispersing the liquid received via the inlet (11, 11a, 11b), and disposed inside the collecting tank (30, 40) in the region of the issue (12, 12a, 12b) .2. The collecting tank (10, 30, 40) for holding a liquid for a predetermined period of time, extending along the longitudinal central axis (LA1), having: an inlet (11, 11a, 11b) for receiving the liquid outlet (12, 12a, 12b) for providing fluid exiting the holding tank (10, 30, 40), wherein the outlet (12, 12a, 12b) is set at a level adjacent the level of the bottom (13) of the collection tank (10, 30, 40) in the wall (14) of the collection tank, and at a location opposite a plane including a longitudinal central axis, and wherein the shortest distance from the inlet (11, 11a, 11b) to the plane equal to the shortest distance between an inlet (11, 11a, 11b) and the longitudinal central osyu.3. The collecting tank (10, 30, 40) according to claim. 2, further comprising a dispenser (15) to uniformly disperse the liquid received via the inlet (11, 11a, 11b), and disposed inside the collecting vessel (30,40) at a distance from release (12, 12a, 12b) .4. The collecting tank (10, 30, 40) according to Claim. 1, wherein the distributor device (15) comprises a plurality of perforations (17) .5. The collecting tank (10, 30, 40) according to claim. 4, wherein the distributor device (15) comprises a protruding edge (151) along its periphery for holding at least temporarily, the fluid volume in the distribution device (15) .6. The collecting tank (10, 30, 40) according to Claim. 1 further comprising at least one support assembly (16) disposed on the inner wall (14) of the collection tank for receiving the dispenser (15) .7.
