PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a new method for correctly estimating a pulse rate.SOLUTION: In a pulse rate meter 1, a pulse rate measurement part 110 measures a pulse rate by using a detection result of a pulse wave sensor 10, and a pitch calculation part 120 calculates the pitch of a subject by using a detection result of a body motion sensor 20. A pulse rate estimation part 150 estimates an estimation pulse rate by using the pitch calculated by the pitch calculation part 120.
