The aim of the present invention is to create an effective pharmaceutical composition having neuroprotective, antiamnesic, antioxidant, antihypoxic and anti-ischemic activity. This aim is achieved in that the pharmaceutical composition contains 2-ethyl-6-methyl-3-hydroxypyridine succinate and the peptide Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro and differs from the prototype in that it additionally contains the following minerals: potassium, iron and manganese. Furthermore, a portion of 12C carbon isotopes in the pharmaceutical composition is substituted by 13C carbon isotopes. The technical results of the invention are the more rapid onset of a therapeutic effect, an enhanced therapeutic effect with no increase in the concentration of 2-ethyl-6-methyl-3-hydroxypyridine succinate and the peptide Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro, and improved stability during the shelf life.Изобретение относится к области фармацевтической промышленности и медицине. Задачей настоящего изобретения является создание эффективного фармацевтического состава, обладающего нейропротекторной, антиамнестической, антиоксидантной, противогипоксической, противоишемической активностью. Задача решается за счет того, что фармацевтический состав содержит 2-этил-6-метил-3-гидроксипиридина сукцинат, пептид Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro и от прототипа отличается тем, что дополнительно содержит минеральные вещества: калий, железо, марганец. Кроме того, в фармацевтическом составе часть изотопов углерода 12С замещена на изотопы углерода 13С. Техническими результатами изобретения являются увеличение скорости наступления лечебного эффекта, увеличение лечебного эффекта без увеличения концентрации 2-этил-6-метил-3-гидроксипиридина сукцинат и пептида Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro, повышение стабильности в течение срока годности.
